I want to go vegan, I am already vegetarian but my mum won’t let me go vegan until i move out in 4 years. If a product doesn’t have a vegan sign on it, should i assume it isn’t vegan? Because some vegetarian foods that dont have the sign ARE vegetarian, so what do I assume?? Some products have a lot of E Numbers, such as E120c and stuff like that, and how do I know which ones of them are vegan??!!? THANK YOU <3
My general tip for quick identification of vegan food is: check if it says “Suitable for vegetarians”, if it has this then check the allergy warning as that normally tells you if there’s eggs or dairy, then a quick scan of the ingredients for anything else that might not be vegan.
