• Easiest Meal Ever (Hint: It's an Artichoke)

    I am a vegan who has the cooking skills of a wombat. But I can make a delicious grilled artichoke that will cause flesh eaters to ask for the recipe. And now I’m giving you the recipe.

    Artichoke
    Margarine (I use Earth Balance)
    Olive Oil
    Garlic

    Heat oven to 425
    Chop off the stem of the artichoke
    Cut off the top third of the artichoke
    Place artichoke on foil
    Gently open leaves and place peeled garlic in artichoke
    Squeeze half a lemon on artichoke
    Por some olive oil on artichoke
    Fold artichoke up in oil
    Place artichoke in oven for an hour and fifteen minutes
    When artichoke is finished, melt margarine and juice of lemon together to make dipping sauce
    Enjoy
