Seems they have fairly cheap (maybe even free) shipping to many U.K. locations, if anyone else is interested.

If you buy boxes online you can get them for about $1.60 per bar (shipping included).
If you already regularly buy products from a site like AllStarHealth which has fixed shipping, you can just add a box to one of your orders, bringing the cost below $1.20 per bar.

Kind of off topic… I am so frustrated because Lunabars are not sold here where I live and they seem simply divine.
