Ingredients:
Crust:
1 cup almonds
1/4 cup pitted, packed dates
Pinch salt
1 teaspoon water
Filling:
2 cups cashews
2/3 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup water
2/3 cup cacao powder
1 tablespoon pure vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup melted coconut butter
(You can buy coconut butter or make it yourself…supereasy!)
