Vegan Indian Pudding
From Aubin at Saturday’s Child
2 cups of “milk” such as vanilla soy milk
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup molasses
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
a pinch of nutmeg
a pinch of salt
