    Yumful National Indian Pudding Day!
Indian Pudding is an emblematic New England treat, traditionally made with cornmeal, milk, butter, molasses, and more. Let’s give it a vegan spin! 🙂

2 cups of “milk” such as vanilla soy milk

According to the Rules of the Interwebs, you shouldn’t post someone else’s entire recipe, only part of it with a link to the rest, unless you’ve changed the recipe up bigtime.

I’m totally double-batching this one. The first one will disappear in about 5 minutes..yumza! 😉

It’s also Random Acts of Kindness Day…Do something nice for a total stranger just for the screaming fun of it! 🙂
You could give a neighbor a pan of pudding, give carepacks to the homeless, donate supplies to an animal shelter, walk a neighbor’s dog…more ideas at the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation, and check out their Kindness University!

    What’s your favorite pudding flavor?
How will you be randomly kind today?
