According to the Food Calendars, today is Indian Pudding Day which doesn’t make a speck of sense because Indian Pudding is usually eaten around Thanksgiving…so I say let’s just party up any kind of vegan pudding!
I could eat Sarah’s Blueberry Pudding by the bucketful…it’s sweet, smooth and superhealthy. Oh, and so screamineasy you can make it with your eyes closed, but don’t…you’ll miss its brilliant coolblueness! 😉
