Ketchup yes!! I do love a hit of sriracha or a sprinkle of garlic powder or flavored breadcrumbs with nutritional yeast now and then.
I’ve never had a butty so I had to look it up…that.looks.screaminglydelicious!!

Oven-roasted Chips

Ingredients:
6 large floury potatoes , such as Maris Piper, King Edward, Desirée (about 1.6kg/3lb 8oz)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp celery salt
flaked sea salt , to serve
