I really cannot say much because there are so many details. I have a new favorite song every day... I am the sterotypical nerd/dork. I absolutley adore horror/gore films, documentaries, and foreign films. I love Edgar Allan Poe, William Shakspeare and Charles Dickens. You could say that i dont have a life because i spend most of my time writing papers, reading, and listening music. I know all these randomn, insane facts. I am what some may call a conspiricy theorist. Even describing myself is a lot. So i guess if you have any questions just ask :D

National Cherry Pie Day and National Cherry Month both in February? Yeah, I know, makes no sense since fresh summer cherries are the best of all, but who am I to argue?
Most of the recipes I know use fresh, frozen or canned but I did dig up a dried cherry recipe which is supereasy and supertempting!
Cherry-Chocolate Mousse Pie
From Susan at FatFree Vegan Kitchen
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dried cherries
1 12-ounce box light silken tofu (or extra-firm silken tofu)
2 tablespoons agave nectar (more if you want it sweeter)
1 teaspoon vanilla
10 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 prepared Graham cracker crust
