Half-Hearted Chocolate Cherry Shortbread Cookies

¾ cup / 100g plain flour
⅓ cup / 60g vegan margarine
½ cup / 100g glacé cherries, chopped into small pieces
¼ cup / 60g white sugar
2 oz / 60g dark vegan chocolate, broken into pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Up to ½ tablespoon non-dairy milk (if needed)

Stuffed Peanut Butter Cups

1 cup vegan semisweet chocolate chips, melted
4 Ritz Crackers
6 teaspoons peanut butter
Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
1 1⁄2 C chocolate chips
1 12-oz package silken tofu
1 C smooth peanut butter
1⁄2 C soymilk (vanilla or plain)
1 graham cracker crust (Keebler’s is dairy-free)
