Feb.22 is International World Thinking Day and I’m thinking of more ideas for Celebration of Chocolate Month. 🙂
Since it’s also National Cherry Month and National Heart Healthy Month, let’s do a mash-up of all three!

    Half-Hearted Chocolate Cherry Shortbread Cookies
From Andrea of Chocolate and Beyond
    ¾ cup / 100g plain flour
    ⅓ cup / 60g vegan margarine
½ cup / 100g glacé cherries, chopped into small pieces
    ¼ cup / 60g white sugar
2 oz / 60g dark vegan chocolate, broken into pieces
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Up to ½ tablespoon non-dairy milk (if needed)

Put your heart into it…Half-Hearted Chocolate Cherry Shortbread Cookies

I could not resist these quick fixes…

One of my all time fave childhood Saturday snacks morphing into one of my all time fave movie theatre snacks…? Heckyeah!!
    Stuffed Peanut Butter Cups
From Abby of The Frosted Vegan
    Adapted from Averie Cooks
1 cup vegan semisweet chocolate chips, melted
    4 Ritz Crackers
    6 teaspoons peanut butter

Yes, that’s it…now morph! Stuffed Peanut Butter Cups

And PB chocolateyness in a breeze-easy pie. 🙂

    Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
    Vegan Outreach

    Steps 1.2.3…Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
Link includes more simple sweets such as Best (& Easiest) Chocolate Pudding, Peanut “Better” Bars and Goddess Miranda Robbins’ World-Famous Cookie Pie!

What are your favorite chocolate treats or chocolatey movie snacks?
