Just Like Grandma’s Banana Nut Bread
From PETA
Ingredients:
3/4 cup silken tofu
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup soy milk
1 cup ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup pecan pieces
