I recently made these Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins! I substituted the eggs with Veggs and the chocolate chips with vegan ones. They were delicious! I’ve never been to Blossom, NYC, and I would definitely try the Caesar Salad and the Soy Bacon Cheeseburger.
