Chopsticks are superfun! I love the challenge of using them, plus they make you eat slower which is great for anyone who races through a meal. :)
So slow down, grab your sticks and dig in!

    Tofu and Veggie Stir-Fry
    From peta2
    Ingredients:
    1 package tofu
    1 fresh crown of broccoli
    1 can baby corn
1 bottle Szechuan sauce (or soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, whatevs! You can find this in the international section of your grocery store)
1/2 cup oil (for your pan, I use garlic ginger wok oil, but you can use olive oil too)
1 large frying pan or wok
    some Bean sprouts (optional)

Stir it up!…Tofu and Veggie Stir-Fry
According to the Rules of the Interwebs, you shouldn’t post someone else’s entire recipe, only part of it with a link to the rest, unless you’ve changed the recipe up bigtime.

    Garlic-Ginger Tofu Stir-Fry from PETA
General Tso’s Soy Chicken from PETA
Thai Tofu Stir-Fry with Spicy Peanut Sauce from pooh bear at VegWeb
Sesame Tofu Stirfry from Vanessa Alexandra at VegWeb
Vegan Shiitake Stir-Fry from Robin Robertson at VegNews

And yes, you should use your sticks with any cuisine! Tater tots are more fun with sticks!
What about you…do like the challenge of chopsticks or do you prefer stabby forks?
