im vegeterian and im try to build muscle and drop that belly fat!!!! i would like to knoe if somebody have some tips about what i should eat because remember vegan/vegetarian doesnt actually mean HEALTHY lol there here anyone with bodyboulding experienze??
I like to add brown rice protein powder or hemp powder to smoothies. Sitting on an excersise ball will help strenghten your core, drink at LEAST 8 glasses of water a day. Take a probiotic every day. Try pairing your foods- carbs dont go with protein, vegetables are neautral, eat fruit first, only eat one concentrated food at a time, etc. Do some research on this. I heard that cutting out gluten can help too. Avoid GMOS I recommend the beauty detox foods and solution, superfood smoothie, and my beef with meat
