I just wanted to ask my fellow vegans and vegetarians about fitness/exercise. I would like to know if any of you know a good book and dvd about women’s fitness? Also, make sure it’s within a reasonable price range.
I want to start an fitness routine but don’t know where to start therefore, I want to purchase a book and even maybe a dvd about fitness and exercises. Keep in mind that I am kind of looking for a starter guide to the fitness world. A book with lots of info on fitness plus exercises would be awesome and a dvd would just be perfection. Those were my favorite workout routines, ever – and I actually rented the DVDs from my local library, which is a great option if you’re on a tight budget.
And it was all created by a couple vegan women 🙂
