I made stir fry with it (photo here: http://www.pinterest.com/pin/323977766915078399/ ), and oh my they never go wrong with their chick’n!! It’s very soft (not “chewy”, but soft), and they are easy to use because they come in strips! The teriyaki sauce is tangy and good too! Hint of sugar and ginger, but when I made my stir fry, I used carrots, bitter melon, and celery, so it may contained too much water and watered down the sauce. (because it wasn’t thick like the teriyaki sauce you’d find on a regular chicken teriyaki.)
So as long as I’m careful with how I cook it, the chick’n + sauce was amazing!
I give it 10/10!!
