We’re about to get a foster dog! It’s from a puppy mill that was shut down due to abuse, and now A Forever Home, our local rescue dog place, needs fosters for all the dogs and we volunteered to take one in. I know all about how horrible puppy mills are and we are about to get an adult dog that was used for breeding. We know it will have major issues. We already have adopted a 6-month rescue dog a few months ago who is very playful and great with other dogs. Does anyone have any tips on how to make our foster dog as happy as possible?
