    Hello Folks!

I have been a member of peta2 for a while and have tried going vegetarian for quite some time. I have had a lot of set backs and very little support, but I’m ready for a fresh start. Any and all advice, words of encouragement, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you everyone for your support. I can really use it. I have managed to convince my family to try a vegetarian dinner once a week…this is a huge win for me. I’m starting off very slow, but with all of this love and support I know I can continue to grow. Thank you all again.

Welcome back to the fold 😉

And don’t think of veggie mistakes as “setbacks” think of them as “learning experiences” instead – figure out what went wrong (temptation, not checking ingredients etc.) and then think about what to do next time.

Good luck, we’re with you all the way!

    Hey @Casandra2010,

You won’t regret it! I haven’t eaten meat (or flesh, rather) in 10 years (and haven’t had any dairy in 5 years!) and I LOVE being cruelty-free.

Can you email us at peta2@peta2.com and we’ll get you all set up with tips, pointers, and recipes??? I look forward to talking to you!!!

    ~Liz from peta2
