I’m gluten-intolerant and struggling to make the jump to vegan. The problem is, so many vegan protein sources are wheat-based. Most veggie patties and meat-substitutes are held together with gluten. Help Please?
There are tons of recipes out their that are gluten free for new vegans 🙂 Beans, nuts and seeds, milk alternatives, veggies and quinoa are all great sources of protein. You can also make your own veggie patties and meat substitutes at home :
