I am planning to go vegetarian for a second time.. I am not sure what the best method would be to go vegetarian and be able to stick with it.. Should I gradually get rid of meat or quit eating meat cold-turkey? Any suggestions?
Cold-turkey. Find your faves…like frozen vegan burgers, nut butters, snack bars, hummus…and keep them on hand for cravings. And join the nearest meetup group for support and yumful potluck dinners! http://vegan.meetup.com/
If you need any tips on the transition, feel free to ask me though, I’ve gone through a lot of struggles to keep my diet, and just recently have made the decision to go full on vegan.
