• Guys, I found the Holy Grail of Vegan Food. Fettuccini Avocado.

Take an avocado (skinned and pitted, of course), some garlic (cloves or powder), a pat of vegan butter (optional), a drizzle of olive oil, and a dash of paprika and throw them in a blend and blend until smooth. (Don’t have a blender? Mash it all up with a fork, but use garlic powder instead of cloves). Now add salt and pepper to taste and toss in 2 servings of cooked fettuccini, or any other kind of cooked pasta. (Want to halve the recipe? Store the other half of the avocado in a container with some chopped onions and it’ll stay fresh for a few days.) You can top it with whatever you want, but I like to use nuts, seeds, veggies, and coconut bacon. Try it out and tell me how it goes :D I literally eat this every day X3

Sounds simple to make but doesn’t sound like my sort of thing.

Yum! I like to mix my pico de gallo with pasta, so why not try it with avo? Thanks for the idea. :)
