I have been a vegetarian for awhile, but lately I have found myself eating a lot of food that’s bad for me (basically junk food), does anyone have any advice for eating healthier?

If the junk food you consume tends to be snacks then replace them with healthier choices, like dried fruit, nuts etc.

Oh, also, exercise. The more you exercise the more you’ll want to fuel your body with healthier foods. So if you don’t have a regular work out routine, try one out:)

I’d suggest starting with increasing the amount of fruits and veggies you eat and cutting back on the seasonings and toppings you add to your food (ketchup, salt, salad dressing, etc.). This way your body will be more attracted to foods that are healthier for you and you will feel healthier. Start doing something like making sure there are veggies and a fruit with every meal you eat, and you’ll start forming healthier habits without really realizing it. :)
