no its not hard at all, i think it really depends on the person and their mind set. instead of eating a chicken sandwich just grad a salad instead , you have to get your tastebuds use to the big change, i personally didnt have a hard time with the transition at all and i was so happy when i stopped eating meat, i went vegetarian in january of 2009 and i am so proud of myself for how far ive come and i am able to tell people my expirences and help so good luck to you i think you will do great!

I’m kinda new…I’ve been on the site for a while but never really posted here. I just went off to a four year college and I want to give up meat since I no longer have to follow my parents rules. (I had to eat what they made) Is it easy to give up meat while in college?
