Howdy!!! So the main message here is VEGAN! We love the animals! <3 I am a high carb low fat vegan, predominantly fruit based (I follow raw til 4 [created by Freelee & Durianrider] and I am seeing awesome results) and I wanted to know who else is a high carb low fat vegan, fruitarian, raw til 4 follower, or whatnot. Wanted to see if there’s anyone in the peta2 community that has likeness with myself. Even if you aren’t any of these and are straight up vegan that’s amazing!!! Keep up the love for the animals! Peace and blessings.

Hey chica! :) I too love my veggies and leafy greens. To answer your question: Raw till four is a lifestyle where you eat as many raw fruits and veg during the day and then at four you can start to eat cooked carbs (pasta, potatoes, corn) and you feel extremely energized and weight just falls off naturally. I love this lifestyle, totally sustainable and I wished I had found this amazingness a long time ago! Hope it spikes your interest and you possibly give it ago. :) Here is a video for more info: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FEw8GvTrzEM&list=UULwUd5KtYONsRJ3UAOojZ0w

I really liked some of her videos! I like this diet idea, but my only question is would it make me lose weight? I’m already 100lbs and 5’4″, so I can’t lose any weight.

I’m not a raw vegan, but I am high carb low fat, but I prefer any and all vegetables :) What’s raw ’till four?
