I have always loved animals, no matter what shape, size, color, species they are. I started as a vegetarian a few years ago, but i only knew that i didn't want to eat animal. i stoped for a while when i lost my job and ate what i could. no excuse i know. but soon later to realized my mission in life and purpose. i am here to be the voice of those who do not speak human. i changed my outlook to this because i found a boxer mix dog laying under my porch. she had gotten hit by a car and was severely starved. everyone around me was like leave it alone, you don't know where it came from, but i didn't care i had to save her. i rushed her to the emergency vet clinic where they did immediate surgery on her. despite those peoples commentary i saved a dogs life and from that point on i knew that if people treated a dog that way i wonder how people treat non domestic animals. I researched and came across peta2 where i now am an animal activist and vegan. I continue to help and save animals that i find and plan on never changing my ways for any one.

HAI! My name is Georgia (George for short) I'm 13 years old, I'm from Australia and I have chosen to be vegetarian. Its has been hard for me to become vegetarian as my family doesnt approve and I am constantly being teased by my brothers (they wave meat in my face, so I karate kick their heads.) I guess they just don't understand my views and opinions! ;)

Homes Fur Christmas
This is a video of dogs at my local animal shelter that have been there for months and are getting stressed out at the shelter.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Urr4DH-YcTY&feature=plcp
I was hoping some of you could share it. I know that there are a lot of people on here that probably can’t adopt these pets due to not living near the shelter or even having the right circumstances to adopting one at the moment. However, you never know who on your friends list on Facebook and Twitter might be able to, and you also never know who they might share it with.
These are very sweet dogs. I’ve walked most of them at the shelter
(P.S. this video is not meant to promote the idea of giving pets as Christmas presents, which I believe is terrible, especially when the pet ends up back at the shelter.)
