I have already cut eating meat from my diet, as I am a vegetarian, however I would like to become vegan!
Any idea or advice on how I start? What do I cut off? How much am I supposed to eat? How much will it cost? And will going fully raw be a bad start? Thank you!(:
Some people can become raw vegan really easily but for most people I would recommend working up to it – learning about it as you go along.
Being vegan can be as cheap or as expensive as you want it to be! If you buy a lot of meat replacement products then it can be expensive but if you buy things like beans, vegetables, lentils etc. (especially in bulk) and make your own foods then it can be really cheap.
When I became vegan, I decided to find replacements for all the non-vegan foods I “couldn’t live without” (for me it was cake and chocolate!) and once I’d done that and found alternatives I was happy with then the rest was easy 🙂
