Remember when you remove meat you have to substitute the nutrients with something else. Get iron from deep-green veggies. Proteins from tofu, beans, rice, etc. Calcium from tofu, soymilk, almond milk, veggies. Make sure you do your research.

Just do it.
However, make sure you learn and know these things:
health concerns
and common arguments and comments you may run into
Especially if you are choosing this lifestyle because of animal concerns/factors
People will tend to ask (either nicely or not) many questions
Why would you do that?
What about protein, iron, blah blah
How does you not eating meat change anything
They’re meant to be eaten
What’s wrong with meat we are superior
I dont know all sorts of questions
You should be prepared and confident enough to answer them. A smart vegetarian is an effective influential one.
^.^ Remember, be the change you wish to see in the world.

Stop eating meat. Some people do it overnight, others cut out one type of meat at a time. If you live at home, talk to your family about it and why it’s important to you.
