My family thinks im going to starve to death because I’m a vegetarian. They think it’s impossible to feed me because I don’t eat meat. They don’t know what to feed me and they’re just ughh. Please help

Suggest going out with the family and getting a vegetarian cookbook. That way they can cook with you. Also suggest ways to make meals they eat vegetarian friendly for you, like tacos or enchiladas you just leave out the meat. You can also show them meat alternatives like fake meats like gardein or you can use beans in place of meat in most mexican receipes. Veggie burgers at cookouts, ects. It’s very easy to be vegetarian.

    Hello!
There are many, many vegan food blogs on the web that have great recipes. My mom was the same at first, but then I introduced her to alternatives like tofu, tempeh, etc.

If they don’t know what to feed you, then feed yourself! Take a hand in making your own meals, going grocery shopping, and cleaning up after the cooking. Any breakfast, lunch, or dinner can be found on http://www.vegweb.com/
