• How to meet others that care about animal cruelty issues

At the moment I do not know anyone who cares for animals. The only person who I have ever talked about animal cruelty issues with is one of my teachers. Any other teenagers I try to discuss it with are very rude. I wish I can find people who care about animals, but I have no idea how. Does anyone know of any vegan/vegetarian/animal rights groups in Ontario? Or anything that would be helpful to meet people who are interested in helping animals?
    Thanks :)

Tumblr is often very good for meeting people who hold the same opinions as you. And they listen to your views

You could start a group on facebook, or join one. Vegetarians/vegans in your area. Or any other social media site, tumblr is another really good one.

You could try to start your own animal rights group if you aren’t having any luck finding one to join. Hanging posters around your school (with permission) is a good way to find people who may be interested. http://www.peta.org/action/activism-guide/start-animal-rights-group/

I was going to suggest the same thing as @hakred!

Start hanging out at your local vegan/vegetarian restaurants. Also, college campuses and tea shops.

Thanks for the tip :) I live in a super small town though, the closest veg restaurant that I know of is almost a hour away :)
