I don’t want to post this to get chewed out for not being able to stay motivated with something that is so fundamental and important.. but I find myself only sticking to being vegan for a week at a time and then swerving waaay off the road for a few days to a week until I get back on track.. Any tips?? I am VERY informed as to how veganism is important for animals (obviously), the environment, health, etc. so I’m not sure what else I can do that will keep me on track?
Ask yourself why you’re falling off track. Is it because of cravings, maybe you’re out and don’t know what to eat? Then find substitutions. Craving chicken? Try a vegan alternative, for example.. Boca has some pretty tasty nuggets. If you’re out, try packing a lunch or stopping at a vegan friendly restaurant.

Whenever you feel like you need motivation watch them again.
Also, meat & dairy substitutes … keep some in your fridge.
If you find yourself reaching for something bad, you’ll have substitutes that you can grab instead.
