I don’t want to post this to get chewed out for not being able to stay motivated with something that is so fundamental and important.. but I find myself only sticking to being vegan for a week at a time and then swerving waaay off the road for a few days to a week until I get back on track.. Any tips?? I am VERY informed as to how veganism is important for animals (obviously), the environment, health, etc. so I’m not sure what else I can do that will keep me on track?
To be honest, I struggle with that as well. Especially since I’m from the south and there are few vegan options at all. It has gotten easier to stay on track since some of my friends have went Vegan and now that I am a culinary student. I suggest 1) find vegan friends to talk to! and 2) learn to cook! take your fave meals and turn them vegan. its supper simple!:)
