I’m not sure if I posted this picture correctly (I’m new to the boards) and if it did post, please ignore how badly my stove is in need of cleaning.
The other day, I made a vegan version of Katniss’ lamb and dried plum stew from The Hunger Games. I’ve wanted to make it for a while, and I’m really excited about how it turned out. It tasted a lot better than it looks. I’d post a recipe, but I didn’t really use one – just threw in whatever sounded good. Instead of lamb, I used grilled tempeh, and in addition to the prunes I added purple carrots, blanched spinach and green onions. The stock was mostly vegetable broth (and a little wine.) Served it with some bread and soy margarine.
