Boil 2 packages of ramen for about 3-5 minutes or until they are tender. Drain them and place in a bowl to cool. In a small bowl mix 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon soy-sauce, 1 clove grated garlic, I used about 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast, but you can use as much or as little as you like. I’ve noticed that some recipes add some or all of the seasoning packet to taste. I didn’t try it, but if you want to try it go for it! Mix thoroughly and add to the noodles. Mix the noodle mixture until the sauce mixture is on all of the noodles. I got 2 bowls and placed plastic wrap in 1. Place enough noodle mixture to cover the bottom. Don’t put too much in because the bun thingy will be really thick. Wrap the noodle bun fully! Now place the other bowl on top of the plastic wrapped bun, and give it a light squashing. Place the squashed buns in the fridge for around 15-20 minutes. Heat a pan and oil it. Unwrap a bun and place it in the pan. fry it until the crust turns golden brown. Flip and do the same for the other side. Finally make a burger with your favorite ingredients! Just a heads up I just found out that the gardenburgers I used have dairy in them, so get Boca or some other burger.
