  • Is Complete Animal Liberation Possible?

I have been researching the different reasons for supporting animal rights and I’ve come across a lot of good ones. However, it seems like animal rights groups like PETA wants all animals to be liberated including animals used for food, clothing, research, breeding, and entertainment. Several times these organizations have said how there are SO many animals being affected. But if this is true, then what would happen to the animals if they were liberated? For instance, if animal research was banned, then what would happen to those millions of animals? There wouldn’t be enough homes for them live in, so truthfully, is complete animal liberation even possible?

If enough people support it, then it can happen.
And we won’t have to worry about those “millions of animals”, it’s currently a case of ‘supply and demand’.

    Hi @NEnglish1,

It’s unrealistic to expect that everyone will stop eating animals overnight. As the demand for meat decreases, the number of animals bred will decrease. Farmers will stop breeding so many animals and will turn to other types of agriculture. When there are fewer of these animals, they will be able to live more natural lives. :)

Honestly? I seriously doubt that complete animal liberation will ever be possible while the human race still exists.
It’s unfortunate, but that it what I truly believe. Humans, as a race in general, thrive on destruction and domination.

It’s possible. Look at all that we have overcome to date. We’re not done yet.

Well anything is possible but I don’t think that animal liberation will ever happen. People love animal meat to eat.
