I see that a lot of people on here are vegans and not vegetarians.. I feel guilty now for just being a vegetarian and not a vegan. Honestly, is it bad if I still eat animal products like cheese and milk? Please help! I just don’t think I could be vegan..
First, learn more about the nutritional needs of humans.
Because, if you’ve become less healthy after dropping meant from your diet, you’re almost certainly not eating right.
Once you’ve learned more about the nutritional needs of humans, try once again to drop dairy from your diet.
Not only will it be extremely beneficial to your health but you’ll be ending and preventing a great deal of pain & suffering too.
I’m a vegetarian as well, have been for a while now. And I too, have also tried being Vegan and tried eating Tofu and whatnot by getting advice from a Vegan friend of mine. BUT I couldn’t quite handle it. What I will say though, is being a Vegetarian still helps extremely in my eyes. I’ve heard it saves over 100 animals a year (seems a little low, but still!). I am a vegan though when it comes to buying household products, beauty products, clothing.. that kind of thing. I research items and brands that do not harm or torture animals. My moto is “I eat nothing with a face”. Hope this helps a little 🙂
