Keep in mind that it becomes easier as time passes and your palate adjusts.
Also keep in mind that there are now excellent dairy substitutes that can help you if you’re having trouble with cravings.

If you stumble, don’t let it serve as an excuse to give up.
Just put yourself right back on track and keep going.

I agree- When I first became a vegan I drove myself crazy reading ingredients; and when I found out I had accidentally eaten something un-vegan, I was very dissapointed. I get where your coming from If you educate yourself about a vegan diet and what you can and cannot eat, It’ll become a lot easier ! Prove everyone who said you couldn’t do it wrong ! Best of luck
