Summer is the time for the beach, soaking up the sun, having fun, and yes…cook-outs. What are some ways you make your mid-summer cook-out more veggie friendly. ( i.e. tricking meat-eaters into thinking that what they’re eating is really a meaty hot dog. ;) )

I like the Torfurky beer brats with saurkraut….mmmm, good. I’ve currently got a freezer full of different brands of meat analogues to try at our next cookout :-) so I’ll have a few more to add to the list.

Is cook out a BBQ? If so I like choosing veg meats with flavour (like adding your own spices), smoked tofu (nothing beats smoked tofu on a grill :P ), making a veggie filled salsa.
