Soup like this is all about chucking a bunch of stuff in a pot, so the amount of each ingredient you use is totally up to you.
    Ingredients:
    2 tbsp oil
    1 large onion, diced
    2 ribs celery, sliced
    potatoes, peeled and diced
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed

@alexblue If I had some rum I would, do you think vodka would go well in soup instead?! LOL!

VeganCaramel…kinda depends on how much you like rum. You could try adding just a tiny bit of rum to it, then mixing it into a mug of hot coffee or hot chocolate. And definitely drink it with warm yumful snickerdoodles or some such treat!
    LittleLotte…I dare you! ;)

I’ve never actually tried buttered rum before! It sounds a little weird, how does it taste?
