No Bake Blueberry Granola Bars
slivered or sliced almonds
raw unsalted cashews
old fashioned rolled oats (use gluten free oats for a gluten free granola bar)
crispy brown rice puffs cereal (ex: Erewhon Brand Cripsy Brown Rice Cereal)
brown rice syrup or coconut nectar*
date sugar or raw coconut crystals*
*If you can’t find these sweeteners, sub in maple syrup for the brown rice syrup and any vegan sugar for the date sugar.
