There’s this insane story where this man had a dream that he met God and was given a list of things that were going to happen and when they would happen on a scroll of paper, the man woke up the next morning and found the scroll on his bed with the list written on it, every single one of the things written on the list has happened so far, I just felt like chipping in with that as I heard it recently and thought it was pretty cool, I figured it was slightly relevant so may as well do it :p
John 14:28: “You heard me say,’I am going away and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved me, you would be glad that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I.” it donsnt have to i just want ot know @Fit4Life111
Hmm, scince there are little to no physical remains of him, it IS difficult to judge his position as god’s son.
The thing is, I was thinking about proof in history that God is there. I am mormon, and we belive that our first prophet was visited by God and his Son. Really long story about how this is possible and stuff, but that’s besides the point. This implies that God exists. So what you need is proof that GOD exists.
In america, when we were first fighting for our independence, the hard truth is simple; AMERICANS SHOULD NOT HAVE WON. We were GREATLY outnumbered, and undersupplied, but nonetheless we won. I belive that this is because GOD WAS THERE. And if God was there, and what the first prophet said was true, then Jesus is God’s son.
To be fair, the Americans won pretty much because of insane amounts of French support. The French hated the Brits more than the American colonists did, and sent over huge loads of supplies like gunpowder, ammo, uniforms, and thousands of soldiers. They even sent over a whole fleet over warships. That, and several other nations back in Europe declared war on England as well as France, so England was suddenly fighting against several major powers at home, plus fighting across the ocean with a fairly small army.
