Everyone needs to make apple strudel at least once in their life. It’s easy and fun…yeah, you’ll probably need practice to get the dough thin enough to read through but at least you get to eat your mistakes. 😉
Mihl at SIMM (her real name is Constanze) doesn’t mind practicing at all. She’s a supertalented baker so expect a breeze of sweet treats rolling out of her Dresden kitchen! She’s the best kind of vegan…she eats crueltyfree for ethical reasons and she doesn’t give a rip about dieting. A little sugar and extra oil once in awhile is a very good thing.

Yup! Those are the ones! Wagon Wheels (the non-vegan version) are quite popular in the UK and I have fond childhood memories of “Wagon Wheel Wednesdays” – the day of the week when I’d get one in my packed lunch for school!
