At least it makes it easier for you to go vegan There are loads of non dairy milks you should try out like soya, almonds, rice, oat, hemp, coconut etc.

Right when I decided I wanted to switch to soymilk (and ultimately veganism) I had a bad reaction to milk and did some research. I discovered I am probably lactose intolerant and was like YESS! lol.
I know that some of you are atheist, and I respect that, but I believe that it is a sign that I should go vegan.(:
