It’s great that you want to help animals, and career/major switches are completely normal. I wanted to be a veterinarian my entire life, then I went into high school and realized that science and mathematics aren’t really my forte. Now, I plan to got to art school and major in journalism and photography/photojournalism so that I can learn to use my photographs and writing to effectively communicate my ideas and stories to help make the world a better place – for people and for animals.
