Make Your Own Simple Tofurky Loaf!

Has anyone else tried to make their own tofurky? I know these days, with the Turtle Island Foods brand tofurky on the shelves, it’s not that popular to make your own. But a few nights ago, my boyfriend and I decided to modify a recipe we found in a cookbook. The ingredients are very cheap and the whole thing was so easy and delicious (especially with gravy). Try it out!
