I clicked on one type of shoe and started designing, got to a part where it wouldn’t let me choose the vegan option and only offered the animal skins, which was weird – why would someone want a half-vegan shoe?

@Styna no, I haven’t heard anything about that, but surely, eventually there will be enough demand that they’ll make a vegan version of their wedges. Or their glitters. Man, what I wouldn’t give for some vegan glitter toms >.<

@styna the quality isn’t there- I like designer quality and haven’t seen it with Moo Shoes

I have to agree with Styna. Jeez, snake and fish skins, 3 kinds of leather and fur. I’ll just keep rocking my converse and hold out for vegan tom’s wedges

It’s really cool that you can design your own shoes…
But I don’t think I could ever bring myself to spend that much money on a pair of shoes. And I don’t think I’d feel comfortable knowingly contributing that much money to a company that openly offers so many different animal skins.

I’m a shoe whore, but have found it difficult to find quality footwear that is fashionable, as well as cruelty-free. However, I recently discovered Shoes of Prey (http://www.shoesofprey.com) and it is AWESOME. Yes, they’re expensive, but a quality pair of shoes will last you years and as such, they’re totally worth it.
