Well, if you’re already comfortable eating veg(etari)an alternatives (like fake meats!) all you really have to do is now look for dairy alternatives (soy milk, rice milk, hemp milk, almond milk, coconut milk) & stop eating eggs/fish.

If you’re missing cheesey flavour, try nutritional yeast. There are also many vegan brands of fake cream cheese, shredded & wedge style.

I am now a Vegetarian but i am wanting to make the big change to be a vegan starting next month… i feel like i don’t how to go about this.. (i do like in a house full of meat lovers :/ ) my parents are ok with it Help!
