Okay, I’ve never had popovers, let alone blueberry popovers, but I imagine they are big crispy puffs of awesomeness. To make classic popovers you need a special pan, but a muffin pan seems to work in most of these recipes.
I haven’t seen any recipes that incorporate blueberries into the mix and actually rise to the huge height that popovers are supposed to be…most recipes seem to leave out the heavy stuff that might prevent the air pockets from forming. When they’re done though you can serve them with blueberry sauce or jam or something blueberryfancy!

turmeric
block tofu, pressed
soymilk
water
nondairy butter
