    Over a year ago

    I’ve only had paella once when my uncle (who used to be a chef) got out his giant paella pan and made us a vegan version…superawesome dinner!

    Vegetarian Paella
    From PETA
    Ingredients:
    extra virgin olive oil
    onion
    carrot
    garlic
    basmati rice
    saffron (or turmeric)
    green bell pepper
    red bell pepper
    green peas
    vegetable broth
    Earth Balance margarine
    parsley
    salt and pepper

    According to the Rules of the Interwebs, you shouldn’t post someone else’s entire recipe, only part of it with a link to the rest, unless you’ve changed the recipe up bigtime.
