Okay, I admit I’m not a chiffony kind of person…those foamy, air-whipped cakes like sponges, angel foods and chiffons don’t spin my spurs.
But I was curious about the veganizing of an egg-white based cake so I searched the net far and wide for a recipe…and came up with almost nada.
