Best fruit cocktail ever is homemade!
Shop local and organic if you can.
Visit a farmer’s market. They have the best of what’s in season!
Make it colorful…more colors means more nutrients!
Include some citrus (oranges, tangerines, etc) or sprinkle with citrus juice to keep fruit from turning brown.
Chop it, toss it all up and dig in!
Spice it up if you want too… Spicy Fresh Fruit Cocktail

Eat it by the bowl or…
Plop it on top of waffles or pancakes.
Mix it in with vegan yogurt.
Use it as a topping for vegan ice cream or pound cake…yumza! 🙂
