God, I hate the “what about bacon” one! It is still an animal, ergo it’s a meat. I agree with you; it is definitely a blood-boiling question. Keep speaking up for what you believe in!

Totally agree Amy; plants are alive, but they do not feel pain the way that animals do! However, I would never cut down a tree without planting two in its place. Right! The meat is actually decaying on the long trip through their stomachs, totally unattractive. Keep on making a huge difference by living vegan!

I don’t have one that bothered the crap out of me, but…

Person: “Why are you vegan?”
Me: “Why am I NOT?”
Person: “What do you eat?”
Me: “Everything!! Veggies, burgers, fruits, bread, etc. all without the cruelty of the meat/dairy/egg industry ”

them: “You need protein & iron & calcium – vegetables don’t give you that.”
me: “Educate yourself, please.”

Everyone: “Why do you do it?”
Me: “Why don’t you!”

My BFF:
“I understand why you don’t want to eat chickens or cows because they give us stuff like milk. But who cares about fish? They don’t give us anything.”

“Have you ever heard of caviar? And without fish our oceans would die.”
